Return Policy: Online Purchases

At Fix My Hog your complete satisfaction is important to us. Any unopened or damaged DVDs purchased from our online store may be returned for a refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of purchase when accompanied by a copy of your order form. All items must be returned in original condition and include all original tags and product packaging. (excluding any shipping cartons and packaging materials used therein), and may be shipped to the address below. Please note that Fix My Hog reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise. Ship all items prepaid, via USPS. Remember to get a tracking number from the shipper. C.O.D returns cannot be accepted. All My Service Sheet sales are final, no refunds or cancellations.

Shipping prices are based USPS First Class rates and a handling fee. Fix My Hog ships within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

  1. You will not rent these videos without the expressed permission of Fix My Hog, Inc.
  2. You will not reproduce or copy the videos, or allow it to be reproduced or copied in ANY manner without the expressed permission of Fix My Hog, Inc.
  3. You will not transfer ownership in any fashion or re-sell (including your purchased disks or tapes) the videos in any form without the expressed permission of Fix My Hog, Inc.
  4. You are purchasing these videos for your personal use and not for another person, firm or company.
  5. You understand that these videos are for entertainment only and only qualified technicians should work on your motorcycle.
  6. You agree to waive your rights of "The First Sale Doctrine" that may entitle you to certain rights, and instead agree to comply with the above terms.
