    By the way I don't think I have ever really let you know how good I think these videos are. The production is great, the video work is great and "foremost" the guy's (Bob I think
    is his name) voice and demeanor are absolutely great. Let me explain more what I mean. I have other teach video products and they will put me to sleep in 15 mins (literally). I was worried that yours would do the same. But Bob's voice tone and no nonsense delivery "hold" my attention. He reminds me of my old Army classroom instructors (not the drill instructors) the way they taught it straight forward, deliberate and to the point.
    And Bob is so "thorough" and "complete". It is the best course I have ever bought hands down and it makes me 100% confident to do any job on my bike after I watch the relative video. I recommend it to everybody. Anyhow ever since I really sat down and spent several hours viewing your dvds I have wanted to thank you and tell you just how great I think they are.

    I've replaced all my fluids, adjust my clutch, replaced my brakes and rotors. Many projects coming this winter and I can do it!

    So far looks great, I've just watched the first few chapters. Getting some additional tools now so that I can complete all the maintenance tasks you're teaching me. Thanks again for what looks like an outstanding product.Appreciate the training, knowledge, and education. I like saving money and being a safer rider. I'm confident that this product will do both.

    Your DVDs have saved me BUCKS from the day I got my set of DVDs. From oil and filter change
    to removing and re-installing front and rear wheels for new tire mounting.

    My greatest fear was it would either be too complex, or too simple to be of serious use.
    My mistake.
    I found it to be right on the mark to clearly outline, and articulate in sufficient detail to
    accomplish all of the tasks in each chapter.

    Now a little about me.

    I am a California born old hot rodder from years ago, that just realized a life long dream
    to own a Harley. Another way to state that is; I understand mechanical and internal combustion principals. I am, and was good enough to wrench my own quarter miledrag coupe. So I’m no greenhorn, but I don’t know the intricate details of maintaining a Twin Cam Harley.

    I have never owned a Harley, this is my first one. As yet, the engine is still a marvelous,
    beautiful work of art to me. For now, I need to know the things that the DVD illustrates,
    and has begun to educate me about.

    I have already changed my own oil and yes, I made a mess, but I got it done and done right, and am confident I can accomplish all of the tasks in each chapter.

    The illustrations and instructions are sound and explicit. For now, I intend to leave my engine upgrades to the pros but when the time comes to change the brake pads, the fluids, or the day to
    day safety maintenance, I have the inside track with your instructions. Thanks for a quality, well done, professional grade product.
