Your membership will appear on your credit card as Fix My Hog Purchase. Your membership will automatically renew prior to the end of your monthly or annual term, using the credit card we have on file. Access to all FMH Premium Membership benefits will conveniently continue without interruption. Annual members will receive an email notification prior to the renewal and will be charged the then current annual dues rate. You may cancel your membership or opt out of auto renewal at any time by contacting customer service at 855-231-0653 or fmhsubscription@program-director.net. Annual memberships cancelled within the first 30 days will receive a full refund; cancellations after 30 days will receive a pro-rated refund. There are no refunds on Monthly memberships.
