2000 Softail Fuel Supply Valve Gasket

Q: I am trying to rebuild my 2000HD Heritage Softail’s fuel supply valve. All it needs is a new Gasket. Where do I find one?

A: When it comes to parts, your manual and accompanying parts manual will lead the way. If you get stuck, give a call to the shop or dealer and they will let you know what you need. There is a rebuilt kit for this project. You can always order online but if the shop is down the road it will get you on the road a lot faster.

    Don't waste your money on the fuel valve rebuild kit. You can nearly buy a decent new valve for the price and if you do attempt to rebuild it I guerentee it will leak

    My 2001 has vance hines with our rhe fuel booster. It snaps, crackles and pops. What do I have to do to tune this without paying an arm & leg?
