oil in air cleaner.all you have to do is run the oil in to a small oil box instead of feeding it back in to the carby and it will solve the problem. Jim

Reply to David; I have 2013 Wideglide, noticed oil stains on right pants leg. Don’t see any oil dripping from breather. Checked oil level hot. It is at full – all the way up to the top xx on the dipstick. Looking at all comments on this subject might be too much. I’m thinking to drain it to 4 – 5 xx below. Just now seeing your post from 2016. Anyone with thoughts on this?

The “junk internal Harley parts” you speak of has nothing to do with the oil. It’s a design issue! They were built to breath through the head hence the breather bolts in the heads and into the air filter. For example. If you sit in your vehicle with the window up with a hose from your exhaust to inside the drivers window. Where do you think the exhaust fumes are going to end up? Think before you speak specially if you don’t know what you’re even talking about! Because the “junk Internal Harley parts” have out lasted any other motorcycle manufacturers.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That will solve the oil on your air filter and drippage. No oil spray on bike frame
