I have a 2006 Sportster that ran fine Saturday, now it will not go into 2nd gear.Can you help?

Check your Sportster shift linkage. If nothing has changed / nothing is bound; Raise your rear wheel. If you cannot shift through all gears by hand, you may have to begin disassembling your drive.
