Tach Not Working

Question for Fix My Hog 2002 H-D fxdx. I have a tacometer that spins backwards. Dealer is baffled.

    Changed 2001 twin cam to screaming eagle cam chain tensioner with adjustable pushrods. I now have oil gushing from my carberator

    2000 sporty, speedo works but tach rarely tries to work ? Does it have a separate ground somewhere or do I have to partially dismantle bike and find and check all connections ? Seems to be a sealed unit, could it be inside ?

    2000 Road King EFI run for 10 mins or so then shuts down, checked spark nothing did this to eliminate fuel pump, I have changed Intake seals they were leaking and replaced fuel filter, it has a CAL 03 code?

    Hi, I have a '95 Ultra (FLHTCU) with a tach issue. As soon as I start the engine, the tach needle will bop up and down for a second and then hit the stop at max rpm - all this at idle. My electrics all seem to be good. I'm not quite sure what to look for next. Appreciate any suggestions you may have...
