I have a Harley-Davidson 2014 Street Glide and it’s showing these codes: P1510 .2122 and 2138. The part # that is giving me is 001217-01. I want to know, what do I need?

P1510 – ETC limited performance mode
P2122 – TGS 1, low/open
P2138 – TGS correlation error.
Basically, the wiring harness for your twist grip sensor is damaged. Likely have a wire shorted to ground.
This causes the motorcycle to go into “limp mode”, or limited performance mode

I have a 2015 Street Glide Special. Just had the bike at the dealer for new tires & wheel bearings. Got it Back & now for some reason getting codes P1356 P1510 P2127 P2138 Any ideas. I already took the throttle body connector off & put some dielectric grease on it.
Harley Davidson puts a small green connector inside the handle bars about 8 to 10 inches down from the twist grip sensor. I have had the pins in the connector open up enough to throw them codes. Cut out the connector and solder the wires. I have found wires broken in the harness on the right side of the frame from under inside the fairing to under the gas tank were the wires go down to the throttle body. Hopefully this helps you. I just fixed one last week
