2007 Dyna FXDC

Just wanted to tell you you have a very satisfied customer in NC. I got the Softail / Dyna edition maintenance DVD for my 2007 Dyna FXDC. After going through it a couple times (and using the service manual) I did my 5K service myself. Even with buing a few tools, I saved a TON of money. I’m sure you’ve heard that before, so here’s the kicker:
Using that DVD and the service manual, I swapped out my bars. Nothing fancy, just stock take-offs from a Street Bob and new rubber cables. But, replacing the cables and brake line is a really easy stretch from the adjustments shown in your DVD. Talk about saving money, dealer wanted 5hrs labor + parts = $500!!! I rounded up what I needed for parts for under $200 and did the work myself, got some new tools, and learned a bunch more about my bike. Just got back from a test ride. No leaks, everything works, and I got the pride of doing it myself.
