I have seen at least 20 Cho 110 engines have a lifter roller fall apart a damage a lot of parts including the cases at 20k I heard they used Mexican lifters in these 110’s if u have a noise in it change the lifters right away will save u a lot of time headache’s and $$ if u do please follow my advice this is no joke

Have a set of adjustable push rods installed and adjust them according to manufacturers instructions then add two or the more flats on u push rod adjustment it seems to quite these motors down a lot

Has tap at the top end, have replaced the lifters and pushrods (still has tap) oil pressure at startup is around 45 psi, bike has 44000 on odometer. Any ideas?

07 road king police. 33,800 mi. Installed new timing chain tensioner , adjustable rods, instruction said to adjust 3 1/2 turns let bleed down. Could spin rod no up and down movement. Ran bike up to 80 mph seemed to run fine but now hearing ticking noise from front cylinder?
