Electrical Connector Issue

Question for Fix My Hog I’m trying to remove the tour-pak from my 2015 FLHTK Ultra Limited but have run into a little problem. I’ve got all the electrical connectors separated but I can’t remove the housing for the tail lights. (the housing that the tip of the pen is touching in my pictures or number 4, figure 1 in the armrest instructions). It looks as though it might disconnect on the left side of the housing as well as the right side, but nothing is coming apart easily and I don’t want to force anything and break it. The tour-pak can’t be lifted away without this being disconnected. Any suggestions/thoughts? Also, I love your videos with your FLHTK. Of course I’m prejudice because I own the same bike. I would hope you might consider marketing a CD with all the videos (when finished making them) for this specific bike. It would be a great addition to the factory service manual. Thank you.

Fix My Hog Answers Thanks you, we appreciate your kind words & interest in what we do. The plug is not to be pulled apart on the left side. You already have the male end of the connector unplugged. Now, you will need to slide the female end of the plug off of the clip that is securing it. You will typically need to, gently, pry between the plug housing and the clip with a small screwdriver while sliding the plug off.

Let me second the request for a FLHTK specific CD. I, too, have been hoping you'll release a set of all the Ultra Limited videos since I have the same bike also.
