You get tired of the dealers gouging you with there labor charges mostly hitting you up for extra hours. The DVDs are clear and precise. I could not work from a manual. It leaves to many things that I have to make a guess at. Not with the DVD, when someone shows me how to do something I can do anything. I will buy any new DVDs that pertain to the Softail without a doubt. The mystery that the dealer tries to build about working on your own bike is demystified. The more money that stays in my pocket means more mods for my bike.
