Swapping out Front Fairing

Question for Fix My Hog I have a 2007 Street Glide and wanted to know if it was possible to swap out the front fairing to one from a 2014 or newer?

Fix My Hog Answers No you can not. The fairings have changed. The mounting points are completely different.

    An alternative option would be replacing the inner fairing with the new metro inner fairing from Fat Head Cycle and installing the new 7” Sony AX 5000 touch screen stereo head unit

    Who says you cannot put a fairing from a 2014 or newer H.D. Street Glide on a 2007?If you are a fabricator,you can fabricate your own mounts and make that late model fairing fit on that 2007 H.D. Street glide.Come on FMH,time to think outside the box.
