Reply Customer Service July 24th, 2019 Dear Clint, Thank you for your patience. In response to your question- Unfortunately, we do not have any videos at this time that cover timing. Believe that the timing pick up on you XL may have a LED that can be used as a reference. If so you may be able to follow these instructions that we use for the Dyna 2000i ignition. Otherwise, you can perform the same procedure but with a multimeter connected to the ignition coil and set to continuity. We will attach a photo of the instructions that we are referring to, for setting static timing. https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/how-to-search-fix-my-hog-008641/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/welcome-to-fix-my-hog-site-review-008131/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video-index/ ELECTRICAL https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/simplifying-electricity-002170/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/product/overview-of-electrical-systems-part-1-download/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/welcome-to-fix-my-hog-electrical-002169/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/watts-law-002179/ Mark Fix My Hog Reply john barnes July 31st, 2019 I need help with how to remove rear wheel. for your info, I have a 1982 sturgis ,not sure if you go back that far. Reply Customer Service August 1st, 2019 John, We don’t have any videos that cover rear wheel removal on your 1982 however, it is relatively straightforward. Secure motorcycle & lift rear wheel so it is just grazing the lift or floor. Remove rear caliper. Remove axle. Remove chain from rear sprocket, then jack the motorcycle up high enough to remove wheel. Sometimes easier if chain or belt guard is removed. Also, note wheel spacer orientation. https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/how-to-search-fix-my-hog-008641/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video/welcome-to-fix-my-hog-site-review-008131/ https://www.fixmyhog.com/video-index/ Reply RAYMOND January 12th, 2020 need help with spacer detail, rear wheel, brake side on my 18′ FLDE.
