The Harley-Davidson stock exhaust has been removed and a new exhaust bracket installed. Our experts are ready to install the PowerPro HP 2-into-1 Cobra exhaust system. The exhaust O2 sensors need to be removed from the stock exhaust and installed on new exhaust. Use some copper colored anti-seize to make sure they do not fuse into the pipe. Take your time and install new exhaust gaskets, mount the custom exhaust and tighten and torque.
Bob teaches you how to adjust the clutch and primary chain on your Harley Softail or Dyna model. Be sure to achieve free play on the clutch cable to verify that you have proper adjustment on the clutch cable pack, and check for the proper specs in your service manual for adjusting the primary chain (if your model has the adjustment window).
